Shipping policy
Paris Castle is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
High Volume: During peak seasons or sale periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
Paris Castle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs fees, the refund will be processed minus the shipping costs and return fees.
5. Damages and Issues
Paris Castle is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
Damaged Order: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost Package: If your package is lost, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in locating the package or filing a claim with the courier.
6. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. If a package is returned to Paris Castle due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to [₹5,000].
A simplified validation via phone or WhatsApp may be required before we ship COD orders.
If a COD order is rejected at the doorstep, we reserve the right to restrict future COD services for that customer account.
