Return and Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Paris Castle. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jalluzjaleel@gmail.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging will help us resolve it faster.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives broken, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Paris Castle will cover the reasonable return shipping cost when we ask you to send an affected item back. Please contact us before returning it so we can provide instructions.

Unopened products

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the perfume is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for opened or used fragrances.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
